Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using FlowTrack ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
FlowTrack is operated by Gatto Have It! ("we," "our," or "us").
Description of Service
FlowTrack is a menstrual cycle tracking application that helps users monitor their periods, symptoms, and related health information. The App provides cycle predictions, personalized insights, moon phase visualizations, and optional horoscope features.
Important: FlowTrack is designed for informational and personal tracking purposes only. It is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Medical Disclaimer
FlowTrack is not intended to:
- Diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition
- Provide medical advice or replace consultation with healthcare professionals
- Serve as a reliable method of contraception or fertility planning
- Detect pregnancy or any medical conditions
Cycle predictions and fertility window estimates are based on statistical averages and your historical data. They are not guaranteed to be accurate for any individual user. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.
Subscription and Pricing
Free Trial: New users receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features.
Subscription: After the trial period, continued use requires a subscription of $4.99 per month.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. Payment will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase.
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
User Responsibilities
By using FlowTrack, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when using the App
- Use the App only for its intended personal tracking purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
- Not use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Keep your device and any backup credentials secure
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of FlowTrack — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are the exclusive property of Gatto Have It! and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.
Data and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
You retain ownership of all personal data you enter into the App. You may export or delete your data at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gatto Have It! shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data or information
- Personal injury or health issues
- Unintended pregnancy or failure to conceive
- Any decisions made based on App predictions or insights
- Interruption of service or App unavailability
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
FlowTrack is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The App will meet your specific requirements
- The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- Predictions or calculations will be accurate
- Any errors in the App will be corrected
Changes to the App and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
